DBA Learns -- Future Planning - Personal AND Business

Join us on Monday, November 18^th as we have both an education session as well as a DBA Networking Mixer at Wiefels in Palm Springs.
 
4:00pm to 5:15pm – We will have two sessions to help our business owners in their future estate and business planning. These are areas that many of us do not like to consider, but good personal and business financial planning can help during a transition.
 
We will start in the Wiefels Chapel by discussing personal Estate Planning with Josh Arthur of J Arthur Law Firm. This discussion will share what you should have in-place to protect your assets for your heirs, as well as an overview of the process to accomplish this.
 
Then we will be discussing Business Succession Planning with Byron Hancock of Hancock Partners/LPL Financial who will talk future planning for your business – whether leaving it to heirs, passing the business to partners or buyers, or closing your business.  
 
5:30pm – We will adjourn to our regular DBA Networking Mixer hosted by Wiefels Funeral Home in Palm Springs. There will be tours of their facility starting at 5:40pm to better learn in advance about the services they offer for you and your family when needed.
