Bryan brings decades of leadership experience to his advising and coaching. He has held senior leadership positions at Pacific Bell & Kaiser Permanente, & founded a successful production company, where he built an extensive portfolio of clients, such as Bank of America, Pacific Bell, AT&T, & Microsoft. He uses & builds on that wide-ranging leadership experience in supporting his clients.

In working with leaders & teams continuously facing change, Bryan will partner with you to identify your unique strengths, challenge your potential, seize growth opportunities, address areas for development, bring clarity to your vision, & execute on that vision. He will help you build a variety of essential skills, ranging from influencing others to communication style, strategic planning, engaging employees, & company culture. He has special experience in developing an inclusive & equitable culture that supports the recruitment & development of diverse & productive teams.
